Walking meditation 2: Together with the divine


In traditional Buddhist teachings there are four meditation postures: sitting, walking, standing and lying down. All four are sound methods for developing clear and calm awareness of the present moment and can be used to create future purpose.

In this meditation, Dr Joe guides you through the upper energy centers of the body with the aim of creating mystical and wonderful experiences. At the beginning of each affirmation, stand still with your eyes closed and focus on your heart center. Then you open your eyes, look at the endless horizon and start walking. With every step you are in tune with and radiate your highest ideal and your highest self-expression. You leave as if you've already mastered your life; would have everything you ever wanted. You know that the power of the universe exists within you and flows through you.
