A habit is a redundant set of automatic, often unconscious, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions acquired through frequent repetition. A habit is when you have done something so often that your body knows how to do it better than your conscious mind. Simply put, a habit is when the body becomes the mind.

This meditation is specifically designed to help you free yourself from any unwanted habits. You will learn how to become aware of your unconscious state of mind - and then consciously make other decisions that will lead you into a new life.
