Walking Meditation 4: Conditioning the Body for a New Mind

In this meditation we first stand still and open our heart to increase the energy of our body. Then, as we begin walking, Dr Joe will inspire us to invoke certain higher emotions to increase the body's energy and condition the body to a new mind - changing the brain and body to create the future we want created, has already occurred. 

By meditating while standing and walking, we practice embodying and internalizing the energy of a new future with our eyes open and in motion. Through repeated practice of walking meditation in which we think, act and feel differently, we can transform ourselves into a new personality and thereby create a new personal reality.
