“Regeneration while you sleep” by Dr Joe Dispenza


The “Regeneration in Sleep” meditation is designed to program your body for better sleep and to regenerate, repair and renew itself while you sleep. It helps you bring your body and brain into balance as you consciously slide into the state between wakefulness and sleep. The next morning you feel refreshed, awake and full of vitality.

Meditation can also be used for sleep disorders in order to sleep better at night. In this meditation, Dr Joe guides you in reprogramming your autonomic nervous system so that all of your body's systems come into better balance.

Meditation should be practiced directly before going to sleep in order to consciously let go of any stressful issues of the day and prepare the body for a restful sleep. Meditation begins while sitting. At the end of the 25-minute meditation, you will lie down and gently drift off to sleep.

A notice:
The meditation itself is approximately 25 minutes long. The rest of the time, Barry Goldstein's meditative and calming music plays. You can use this part to continue meditating while lying down without Dr Joe's words or to let the appropriate music accompany you to sleep.
