Each new version of the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation has been further developed compared to the previous version. You will benefit most if you practice versions 1-3 first before starting version 4.

Any illness results in low frequency and disjointed messages being sent back and forth between the brain and body, as well as the body's systems, organs, tissues and cells. As the body loses its life energy, the field around the body shrinks and the person becomes more matter and less energy; this causes the body to lose its charge. With the help of this meditation you can increase the frequency of your body and enter into the unified field, as well as recharge yourself and your body with new energy and coherence.

Dr Joe has further developed his instructions and uses various techniques to guide you through a practice that allows you to tune and align all energy centers at the same time. This increases the body's frequency and coherence; You feel a deeper sense of oneness and wholeness and feel healthier.

The music was developed specifically for this meditation by Dr Joe Dispenza and Barry Goldstein; Embedded in it are different frequency vibrations for each center of the body.
