Each new episode of the “Blessing of the Energy Centers” meditation is a further development of the previous meditation. To really get the most out of this meditation, you should first practice meditations 1-4 before starting meditation 5.

Dr Joe will guide you through this meditation and teach you how to bring together all the energy center healing techniques you have previously learned to create a channel that opens the door to new energy and new information that will give you more wholeness and connection. During this meditation you will also feel the space expanding in several places so that you can align your energy centers and strengthen and heal your body.
